Shipping policy

Shipping: 

When shipping, you will receive an emailed-order confirmation upon purchase and a second email once your order has shipped. If an item is out of stock and needs to be made to order. It typically takes 10-15 business days for an order to be completed and shipped. However, on a busy month it may take 15–30 business days for an order to be completed and shipped.

Domestic (USA) Shipping: 

Orders over $100 are shipped for free via USPS Priority Mail, unless the customer selects a mailing service that exceeds the typical cost of USPS Priority Mail.

Packages typically arrive in 2 - 5 days. We chose this method because it matches the service level we offer to all of our customers. We want to make sure the packages we ship have point by point tracking, insurance in case of an issue, that the package will get to you on time, and in great condition.

International Shipping: 

We ship world-wide. International orders will require additional shipping. The customer will be allowed to select their requested service via our online shop at checkout.  Please keep in mind that import duties/fees and the like may be incurred and will be requested by the mail service provider directly (not by SARRACHI). Import duties will need to be paid by customer directly to mail provider as SARRACHI does not have the ability to pay for this fee.

USPS Priority International typically arrives in 7 - 10 business days. The cost depends on the weight and your destination. The customs declaration number or the tracking number will not show an update until it is released from customs in your country.
